Well! Week 2 is all done and finished!
I am exhausted! I remember when I was in teacher's college the professors all told us that once we started teaching and got into our own classes, we would be beyond tired. I will say, this is absolutely 100% true.
This week also flew right by. Before I knew it, it was Thursday! Lots going on though. It's been a lot of fun teaching all different subjects, and I will say, I am actually learning again with the students.
I have really been enjoying this opportunity. I am going camping with my class and another class next week. This is going to be epic! I am so excited for the experience and a chance to hang out, outside of the classroom. It'll be my turn to be the student, and they (the children) will be my teacher. It'll give me an excellent chance to learn all about them.
As for life outside of teaching- I have missed this country a whole lot more than I thought I would. I am excited to fall here. It's my favourite season, but there's something about the English air that makes it more special.
I am excited for the what the next few weeks have in store.
