Well I survived round 2 of the farm! I had the best time this week the other children in our year group. We took a long hike on Tuesday and I must say, I think it was the most English I have felt since I've lived here.
We hiked up in an area called Ashridge. This is a very popular place to film many English movies and television shows. We saw some spots from Harry Potter, Narnia, and Aragon. It was very cool to see the places in real life.
It was a great adventure for the children as well!
Then for dinner we had cheese pinwheels and scones with tea. The farm was a great opportunity to meet the children outside of school and see them come out of their comfort zones. It was also great for me to try to new things and learn with them. I also had a great time getting to know the other staff from my school more and get the chance to hang out with them!
We arrived back to school on Friday, where I rushed right home from school to get ready for Jenna's Hen- Do! ... A Bachelorette party!!
It was one of the best nights I have ever had!! I am so excited for her wedding already! Congrats Jenna and Lee x
As for the remainder of the weekend, well it's been spent catching up with Mama and Papadukes, and then work!
Until next Friday!
